Getting Started

The first step in becoming a surrogate with Delivering Dreams Surrogacy is to apply. Email interest to our Director of Surrogate Services: veronica@deliveringdreamssurrogacy.com and she will send you a full questionnaire to complete. Once you submit your questionnaire to us, we will determine if you meet the basic criteria for our program. If so, we will contact you gather additional information including, copies of you driver license to complete a background check and your complete medical records for any previous childbirth experiences that you have had. This includes your OB/GYN office records and the hospital delivery records for each of your previous births.

Once you qualify for our program, we will create a profile for you in our current and pre-screened gestational surrogate database to be presented to Intended Parents for possible matching!
