About Delivering Dreams Surrogacy
Delivering Dreams Surrogacy, LLC was founded in response to a growing need to assist Intended Parents and Surrogates through the complex process of surrogacy at an affordable price. Our team includes a gestational surrogate and an attorney with extensive experience in the legal field of third party assisted reproductive technology (ART). Our personal and professional experiences have allowed us to build a program responsive to each Intended Parent’s needs as they take their journey towards parenthood.
Director of Surrogate Services
Veronica Robison has been involved in the surrogacy community for 4 years. She is a registered nurse having spent 8 years of her nursing career in labor and delivery, postpartum and newborn services. She is currently in graduate school to become a Family Nurse Practitioner. She has been married for 12 years and has six beautiful children of her own. She has always had a passion to help others, as a nurse, surrogate, and team member of Delivering Dreams Surrogacy, LLC. Veronica became a surrogate for the first time in 2010 when she carried a set of twins for a wonderful couple. The experience changed her life as she was able to help a couple become parents. She has been an advocate for surrogacy since then and is currently in the process of being a surrogate for the second time for another wonderful couple. As a co-founder of Delivering Dreams Surrogacy, LLC, Veronica is excited to be able to continue to help others in their goal of becoming parents Delivering Dreams Surrogacy LLC wants to make your journey as a surrogate or as an intended parent exceptional and memorable.
As the Director of Surrogate Services, Veronica is responsible for interviewing gestational carriers that have applied to our program and establishing profiles of those gestational carriers that have been accepted into our program. Veronica will also educate and provide guidance to gestational carriers throughout their arrangement and act as a liaison between the gestational carrier and the intended parents. Veronica’s personal and professional experiences are a valuable asset to assist surrogates throughout the process and make sure they are protected, educated, and have an enjoyable experience as a surrogate.
Director of Intended Parents’ Services
Damian E. Davenport, Esq. began practicing in the area of third party assisted reproduction in 2005 as a result of his and his wife’s own personal experiences with infertility. Since then, Damian’s personal and professional experiences have allowed him to develop one of the premier reproductive law practices in the state of Utah. Damian is dedicated to ensuring quality legal and practical advice, personal attention and commitment to each of his clients including intended parents, donors, surrogates and fertility centers.
Damian regularly speaks to physicians, nurses, hospital administrators, fertility centers, and other health care providers on the legal and practical aspects of reproductive law including, egg donation, embryo donation and surrogacy. He also has taught numerous seminars in the area of reproductive law to members of the Utah State Bar, Utah Division of Vital Records and Statistics, and the National Association of Public Health Statistics and Information Systems (NAPHSIS).
Damian is a member of the Utah State Bar Family Law Section, the American Bar Association Section of Family Law Assisted Reproduction Technologies Committee and RESOLVE: The National Infertility Association. He is also a Fellow of the American Academy of Assisted Reproduction Technology Attorneys (AAARTA).
As Director of Intended Parents’ Services, Damian assists our clients with finding the right gestational carrier using the criteria provided by the intended parents and the detailed information contained in our database of surrogates. Damian will also provide coordination services for the intended parents throughout the arrangement.
Damian will also work with Intended Parents to answer local questions relating to the legal process involved and locate attorneys throughout the United States and abroad that specialize in the legal field of third party assisted reproductive technology to further assist the Intended Parents in all legal aspects of their surrogacy arrangement from drafting the gestational surrogacy contract to establishing parental rights.
