Financial Benefits

Although compensation and expenses may differ for each surrogate journey given your individual circumstances, the typical compensation and expense reimbursements a Surrogate can expect from our surrogacy program are the following:

Surrogate Base Compensation:

• $35,000.00 for a first time Surrogate
• $40,000.00 for a second time Surrogate
• $45,000.00+ for a third time Surrogate
• $250.00 at the start of medication
• $1,000.00 for a completed embryo transfer

Surrogate Contingent Compensation:

• $3,000.00 for twins/$6,000.00 for triplets
• $500.00 – $750.00 for maternity clothing depending on whether Surrogate is carrying multiples
• $500.00 -$1,000.00 for specified invasive medical procedures like, D&C, amniocentesis, CVS, selective termination and abortion
• $3,000.00 for C-Section delivery
• $1,250.00 -$5,000.00 for the loss of reproductive organs;

Surrogate Expenses:

• $250.00 per month as a non-accountable monthly allowance
• $250.00 per week for restrictive activity/bed rest
• $50.00 per week for housekeeping in third trimester

Actual net cost of lost wages if Surrogate is placed on restrictive activity/bed rest and is unable to perform work duties

Actual legal fees for Surrogate’s attorney for contract review, negotiation and uncontested parentage proceedings. This is estimated to be between $1,000.00 and $2,000.00.

Actual life insurance premiums for Surrogate for a one year term policy of $250,000.00

Actual travel expenses for Surrogate and Husband/Partner as approved by Delivering Dreams Surrogacy, LLC for medical and psychological screenings, embryo transfer procedures and delivery

Actual costs of psychological counseling for Surrogate not to exceed $1,500.00.

All medical expenses incurred in connection with the surrogacy program, process, pregnancy and delivery not covered by insurance
