You and your spouse, if you are married, will be required to undergo a comprehensive psychological screening with a licensed psychologist. You will also be required to undergo a comprehensive medical screening with your Intended Parents’ fertility clinic, which may include an ultrasound, blood tests and consultation with a physician who will explain the process.
Once your prescreening is completed which includes completing your full questionnaire, medical records review, and the background check for you and your significant other, you will be placed in our active surrogate database for matching.
The amount of time it takes to match you depends on how many Intended Parents we have available for matching. We will try to match you as quickly as possible.

Surrogates must have major medical coverage. Delivering Dreams can refer the Intended Parents and Surrogates to health insurance professionals to assist them in selecting the right health insurance plan for their surrogacy.
That is a very personal choice. As a Surrogate, you have a right to specify what you are and are not willing to do. Delivering Dreams Surrogacy will assist in matching you with a couple that shares your personal feelings on these issues. Please make sure you answer these questions honestly and accurately on your questionnaire.
Your gestational surrogacy contract is a very detailed contract that addresses the parties’ expectations, intentions, rights, and obligations throughout your surrogacy arrangement. Our program requires our Surrogates to have independent legal representation that specializes in third party reproductive law to review your contract with you and your spouse or partner. However, your Intended Parents will be responsible to cover these legal costs.
